1+1 Warranty Program Terms and Conditions
- The Instagram post must be Public, our social media managers will verify your entry.
- Only Twinkly Lights products qualify for the 1+1 warranty extension – Strings, Festoons and Curtains
- Warranty extension must be fulfilled within one year of purchase.
- Warranty is extendible only once.
- Warranty extension applies to all of the qualifying items within the order number, so you don’t have to snap a photo for each product. But if you are willing to share more, we absolutely don’t mind. Huge thank you in advance!
- You will receive a status update on your warranty registration application via email within 25-30 working days.
- Burns+Myers Retails and Marketing (B+M) has absolute discretion to change the parameters of the warranty extension program at any time. B+M’s decisions on all aspects of this program are final and binding.
